As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our email management system and ensure the security and efficiency of our communications, we are implementing a new email archiving policy.
Effective Date: 14th July 2025
Policy Overview: Starting from the effective date, all emails older than 12 months will be automatically archived. This means that any email received or sent more than 12 months ago will be moved to an archive mailbox. Depending on your Outlook version, your archive mailbox may be called Online-Archive, In Place Archive or Personal Archive.
